IF the occupier receives CHILD BENEFIT, there is an income cap.

Child benefit income caps are income before Tax and National Insurance and will be in place for the duration of the scheme​

The household will have to declare that they are not in receipt of any other qualifying benefits​

Additional evidence of income will be required to evidence Child Benefit eligibility through ECO4 in the form of bank statements; payslips or a P45 to show the occupier’s income.​
