Minimum Requirements: Social Housing (Tenants) With EPC Ratings Of E,F&G​

All insulation measures eligible.​

• If receiving FTCH or renewable heating, cavity walls and roof (loft, flat, Room in Roof) must be insulated as part of the project​
• ​If the home is a Park Home floors, walls and ceiling must be insulated first​

​

Requirements exempted if already completed to the required standard​.

Eligible homes are based on EPC starting bands.

The starting score is determined by an Energy Performance Report (EPR)which can be carried out by Knights.
