• In-fills can be completed on a 1:1 basis for flats within 3 months of the completion of the measure to the qualifying property​

• This means that in a block of flats, if 50% are in receipt of a benefit, the entire block can be treated​

• Flats within the same block can be either privately rented, owner occupied or social housing​

​

• No restrictions apply to in-fill flats regarding their EPC rating, but must meet the starting band requirements for the tenure type​
