• In fill measures must be completed within the 3 month time limit from the date of completed installation given on the associated qualifying measure​

• For flats this is from the date of completed installation given and for houses from the date of completed installation of the third installed measure​

​

• If in fill measures are not completed within this time the in fill measure will be rejected

• A three month extension will be permitted for reasons that could not have been reasonably foreseen​

​

• These include building fabric repairs found during the project or prolonged extreme weather​

​

• Extensions will be awarded on a per-measure basis, not for the whole project​

​

• Extensions will not be granted for in-fill measures​

​

• Extensions will allow a total of six months from the date of completion of the first measure​

​

• District heating connections are also eligible and will therefore receive a total of 9 months​
